「Our Room was amazing, so comfortable, everywhere was very clean and the views of the vineyard & Andes were fantastic. We ate in the restaurant both evening, plus breakfast each morning and everything was excellent 」

「In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...
