"This was my first time staying here. It is a simple, quiet and cozy hotel located in the outskirts of the city, perfect for a short getaway. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, and the air conditioner provided me with a comfortable sleep at night. The only downside was that the walls were not soundproof; once a guest next door watched the TV on a high volume and I could hear it from my room, albeit not so clearly. "One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and highly recommended. We stayed in a Grand suite. The room was fantastic with amazing views over the Twin Towers. The Club Lounge was one of the best we’ve enjoyed, with great attentive service without being pretentious. The breakfast was immense with so many choices and daily rotations, again with amazing views. The location is fantastic within easy walking distance of KLCC park, Bukit Bintang and transport. The staff were all excellent, but a special mention to Jian in the lounge and then Mikail in the Pool House who truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back!!"
