「Awesome but isolated in a remote area」

「Correct hotel, friendly staff and very value for the reasonable price」

「All staff tried their best to help us out, from the receptionist to the housekeeper, they all did a great job! The sauna was a plus. Thanks to everyone of them, their help was greatly appreciated!」

「My money was not refunded in my credit card」

When I approached the receptionist, he explained that he had no authority...

「The room is clean, staff very helpful. Location is noisy, many shops around which makes it quite noisy. For short stay it is ok.」
