「We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia.」

「I wouldn't recommend anyone to choose this hotel, its not even a 2 star hotel, Its not worth the money. I opted for non-smoking room but our family was given a smoking room and the smell was all over the room. we requested to change the room but was given only 2 days later. I had to cancel my stay and choose another one.」

「Very bad, Expedia booking done on your website doesn't reflect in the hotel ledger. Had to hop in 2 locations, where there was no electricity. Walked out. 」
