海が見える部屋はとても見晴らしが良かったです。海から上がる朝日は見る価値ありです！ 朝食も美味しくて、種類も豊富。プールもビーチもとても綺麗で良かったです。スタッフも皆さんにこやかで楽しく過ごせました。 一つだけ気になったところが。バルコニーの柵の留め具が腐食してグラグラしてびっくりしました。ですが、部屋にいない間に直っていまた。最初はグラグラしてびっくりしましたが、ちゃんとチェックしてくれているんだと感心しました。

施設全体の配置が素晴らしくフロントからプールを抜けて海に出るまではどこをとっても絵に描いたような美しさです。 反面ソフトにはかなり手抜きがありステキなリゾートライフにはなりませんでした。 例えば滞在中はずっと冷蔵庫のドリアン臭に悩まされたり、バスタブの栓の不具合は直らないままだったり⋯ 色々と気になる点も多くお値段の割に快適ではなかったと思います。

プールvillaに泊まりました。 プールに凄い蚊がいて、日本のような、蚊取り線香やスプレーのベープみたいな物がないので、刺され放題で困りましたが、プールはとても綺麗でした。ビーチも素敵でした。 お部屋も広く、ルームサービスも24時間で、キッチンに用具類が全て揃っていて、とても便利でした。バスルームが複数あるのも便利でした。 スパも利用して、良かったです。 カジノのブラックジャックがマシンで人相手ではないので、プログラミングされていると思うので、勝てる気が全くせず、すぐやめました。それだけが残念でした。

海沿いで静かなまさにリゾートという感じのホテルに満足だった。到着後、すぐなかホテル経由でホイアンツアーを予約。手配をすぐしてくれて、時間が効率的に使え、すばらしいツアーだった。 プールも混雑しておらずでよかった。 強いていうなら、エクストラベットがやや短く、170cmの身長で少し足が出てしまう感じだったのが残念だった。 水を買いたくて、夜直接フロントに聞いたら、ホテルのショップがまだ空いていると案内されたが、行ってみたところすでにクローズしていたのが少し残念だった。 朝食バイキングもおいしくて、全体的には満足のいくホテルだった。 またいつか泊まりたい。
エントランスは天井が高く、開放感が気持ちよかった。
雨対策で傘が部屋に置いてあって使った。

ホテルにあるカフェインドシンは、夕食のアラカルトで１回朝食で２回も食べ物に髪の毛が入っていた。夕食の時、それを伝えると、持って行った時は入っていなかったとスタッフに言われた。部屋のバスマットにも、従業員の髪の毛の束が付いていて、うんざりした。5つ星なのに、客より上目線のスタッフが多くて、とても気分が悪かった。二度と行きたくないし、お勧めもしません。フエにあるヴェダナラグーンリゾートのほうが、同じような値段でスタッフがとても親切で、サービスも行き届いていて清潔で、滞在中とても気持ちよく過ごせました。
