Absolutely wonderful stay! Definitely recommend. Quiet location across the street from Secret Beach and not far from Ancient Town. The staff is so helpful and provides a wonderful breakfast, free bikes and laundry. Very nice pool and beautiful property. You will not regret staying at KA Villas.

We had a fantastic stay at KA Villa! Great option for borrowing bikes and cycling up and down the coast or getting a cab into Hoi Ann. Located a short walk from the beach and close to lots of places to eat. Down time always an option with a dip in the shaded pool. Staff were lovely and the breakfasts were great. Laundry on hand. Nice rooms and the whole place had a homely feel.

Everything is simply perfect! The entire staff consists of very lovely and helpful people. The massage is absolutely magnificent! The breakfasts are delicious. The room is equipped with absolutely everything you need. Nearby, there are many excellent restaurants serving delicious food, as well as bars. There are several beaches close by—just a five-minute walk away. The entire surrounding area is very safe.

I have been travelling through Asia for almost 2 months and this is my favourite place I’ve stayed! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I can’t thank them enough. They clean your room while you are eating breakfast which is really convenient, and the breakfast was also the best I’ve had at a hotel! The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfy, and the wifi is fairly strong. Overall, a very positive experience!

So the property is a bit of a walk from the main beach, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. There are a number of cool restaurants nearby and the hotel staff is very nice. They have plenty of areas to curl up and read a book and finally the breakfast option rock!

I was here for 24 days during my stay in Vietnam , I could not have been treated any better by the staff at this hotel. The breakfast choices were wonderful And all very delicious ! The housekeeping staff were immaculate, and the maintenance man was there for anything that you needed All in all, I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to be at Na bang beach , I would definitely stay here again

This place is amazing!!! People working there are friendly, polite and very helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Location is great, near the beach and on a street with variety of restaurants, pubs and shops. My partner and I had the aloe vera wrap which was perfect after a long day at the beach, felt really refreshing and she was great. Also had a pedicure which I hadn't booked however in less than half an hour the professional was in doing amazing job. Everyone made us feel very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back!!! Thanks

Genuinely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was so kind and welcoming and genuinely cared for the guests. Breakfast was so delicious and healthy every morning, cooked to order and so many options. Our room was clean and beautiful and overlooked the villa. Free laundry service everyday helped us so much since we were backpacking for 2 months. There are also free bikes to rent which was so much fun to take them to An Bang beach. There was one day I fell off my bike (my fault, I was going too fast) and a staff member helped me with first aid and bandaging myself. I will always remember her kindness! I’ll pick KA Villa to stay at everytime I’m in Hoi An!!!

I have never felt so welcome or at home in a hotel! KA Villas is a special place. The staff here are so wonderful and really care about you and your trip. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. Large bathroom with a huge bathtub and shower. Each room has a balcony area with comfy seats overlooking the koi pond, a nice place to sit and relax. You order breakfast the day before and as soon as you take a seat they bring fresh juice and fruits whilst they cook your breakfast - this was a huge highlight for me! The pool was probably the cleanest pool I’ve ever swam in! They light it up so pretty for an evening swim. The staff helped us book local tours, we also had a lovely massage, and they helped us booked taxis. They even waved us off as we left! The local area is so nice - lots of nice restaurants and cafes along the beach - I recommend Hit Ha and Naia (this one is right across the street and they also offer yoga classes overlooking the sea!). I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hoi An!

Decent, clean rooms in a quiet neighborhood but still super convenient for access to the beaches and A Bang area where there’s more options for bars, restaurants, and ATM. Quick 10mins car/scooter ride to the Old Quarters for shopping. Only minor issue I had was trying to arrange for a car shuttle to pick me up from the airport but they never replied to me after providing the pricing and even though I followed up with them twice closer to my booking date. Not sure if they actively check on here…? That said, it was an easy fix to book a Grab instead. Building is older so hot water ran out quickly for showers and there was one night where the breaker on my floor went out twice in one evening but no problems with electricity after that. Complimentary breakfast service was great and had solid options to pick from and I also liked that laundry was included!
