very nicely renovated hotel, though one of our 3 rooms are with 2 really tiny single bed (not so in other two rooms). but rooms are comfy and clean. nice to have foot bath ready at room too. recommend this hotel ;)

Excellent location and beautiful!
Lovely property in a great location. Short walk from the Old Town area. Very beautiful design. Only problem is no elevator, but bellman is ready for luggage service so not really a big issue. Same owner as the some of the best restaurants in town, as one can imagine the breakfast is excellent.

ほとんど全てが素晴らしいですが、特に以下の3つを挙げたい挙げたいと思います。 1. トータルコーディネート 椅子の1脚から建物の壁の色に至るまで、オーナーであるVsさんのトータルプロデュースにとても感銘を受けました。彼女の揺るぎない透徹したイマジネーションを感じました。 2. 従業員の皆さん もちろんスタッフの皆さんは常にゲストを歓迎してくれます。しかし、それだけでなく、彼らはとてもよく、素早くそして効率的にコミュニケーションを取っています。1泊目の夕食の際、レストランの1人のスタッフに私のアレルギーについて話しました。その日から、初めて話す方も含め、スタッフ全員が私のアレルギー食品を知っていることに気づきました。 これはゲストにとって驚くべき真摯さでした。 3. 食べ物 言うまでもなく食べ物は最高です。無料の朝食を含め、私の想像をはるかに超えて美味しくて洗練されていました。

Although everything of this hotel are great, especially, I would like to raise 3 things as below. 1. Total coordination From a piece of chair to color of this house wall, I was so impressed the total produce of Ms Vy. I felt her unwavering philosophy of imagination. 2. People Of course, they welcome guests always. But, not only that but also they communicate so well, quickly and efficiently. I told about my allergenic things to 1 staff in the restaurant at the dinner of the first night. From the day, I recognized that every staff in the hotel knew my allergenic food, even though it is the first time to talk to them. That was amazing earnestness for the guests. 3. Food Needless to say, the food is awesome. It (including thecomplimentary breakfast) was sophisticated and delicious far beyond of my imagination.

So friendly and helpful; great food
The ONLY drawback to this hotel is the absence of an elevator. If you're able to walk up one or two flights of stairs (with staff bringing your bags), this is an excellent choice. It's a short walk to the old town area and a free shuttle. On our full moon night there was an amazing lantern festival enjoyed by tourists and lots of Vietnamese. Maison Vy has 7 stations for the complimentary breakfast (5 in photos), and free afternoon tea was our substitute for lunch. The reading room was a great place to relax after walking around the old town. We found the best shopping here from our entire Vietnam trip. The free herbal foot footbath was perfect to end our day.

This hotel was great! It was well within walking distance of downtown Hoi An and the staff, especially the ladies who helped us enjoy our breakfasts, were so nice and very accomodating.he breakfasts were outstanding, I might add! TWe would definitely rebook at the Maison Vy if we ever get back to Hoi An, which is a wonderful town to visit in Vietnam.

Excellent hotel!. Beautiful, clean, super friendly staff, all perfect. The breakfast is delicious, with a lot of variety of Vietnam and western food, all delicious and fresh. We love it! The only observation is: when you book, prefer the rooms with no balcony. We pick up this one, in front of a street , and I found a little bit noisy. We payed an extra value to change the room and all good, the other one was great :)

호텔 위치도 조용해서 좋았고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 하지만 청소 상태가 완벽하지는 못했습니다. 체크인 했을 때 방에 긴 머리카락이 여기저기 떨어져 있었고(와이프와 전 모두 머리가 짧습니다.) 미니바는 갯수가 맞지 않았으며 냉장고 안에는 전에 묵었던 손님의 것으로 보이는 우유가 들어있었습니다. 좀 더 세심한 주의가 아쉽습니다. 그외에는 모두 완벽하였고 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

以前、娘の高熱で訪問キャンセルしたとき、病院の診断書をメールしたら無料にしてくれた心優しいホテルに宿泊。おしゃれな内装で心地よくすごしました。朝食はこぢんまりした１Fのカフェにて、パン、フォー、ディムサム、卵料理、フルーツといろいろチョイスできました。サービススタッフが明るく、やさしく、心地よく滞在することができました。

호이안 시내 근처에 호텔 중에 제일 깨끗하고 예쁜 호텔이었습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 다들 너무 친절해서 좋았어요. 수영장은 작았지만 룸컨디션이 너무좋았고 대신 한가지 시티뷰는 도로 쪽이라 너무 시끄러울 수도 있어서 시티뷰는 비추입니다. 사실 시티뷰도 아니구 도로뷰지만요ㅋㅋ 체크인 하실때 미리 말씀하세요. 그래서 중간에 룸체인지 했습니다. 아 룸서비스는 오후 10시까지라는데 시켯더니 다안된다고;;ㅋㅋ 아무튼 너무 깔끔하고 이쁘고 아기자기하고 좋아요. 안방비치랑 호이안 셔틀버스도 두번인가 있어요. 이용하진 않았고 비스마켓 바우처도 주는거 같아요. 수영장은 오후 9시까지 조식은 6-10시 입니다. 시내근처 호텔로 굉장히 추천드려요~

We stayed 4 nights so got lots of extras like free laundry, foot spa, also high tea in the afternoon. Breakfast had an excellent selection. The hotel was about 1 km from the main tourist area so fairly quiet as well.

The absolute best experience I've ever had in a hotel. Maison Vy is beautiful - elegant decor, clean, relaxing. The food at the hotel (both Vietnamese and Western) was delicious, with lots of variety. The staff were always smiling and saying hello. I would go out of my way to return to Hoi An - just to stay at this amazing hotel. Loved it!

Very Close to the Best
If I could rate the whole Maison Vy experience, out of 5 it would still get a 10. I travel a lot both business and pleasure and Maison Vy rates very highly. The staff are amazing, friendly , the food is fresh and very adequate - remember that Hoi An is one of the food capitals of the world. Every evening there was a fresh herbal foot bath put into my room, there were great access give aways to Vy associated eateries in Hoi An - and by the way, Vy's Kitchen , Morning Glory, Cargo and Market Place would be on anyone's list of places to eat in Hoi An , even if you were not staying at Maison Vy. The attention to detail of the staff is unreal eg we had an early morning checkout ( 4.00 am), there they were with a small breakfast in a bag to take with us. As a side note - if you get a chance, meet Madam Vy,the owner, she is an inspirational woman

Good for relax
Nice and relax hotel with good style. Comfortable. Take around 15min walk and 5 min bike to Hoi An old city. But it is worth.
