新酒店,櫃子還有點木和油漆味。我訂的一個人大床,但去到第一晚居然是雙床無窗,晚上11還發現沒熱水,但後來服務員上來弄好了。第二晚給我换了房就好很多了。整體來說是很乾淨的,床也很好睡,但早上6點通道放音樂,睡眠淺的我3天都要打電話下去讓他們小聲一點

予約したスイートルームは電気設備の不良ということで使えなかったのですが、用意いただいた部屋はそれなりに良かったです。 部屋からドラゴンが火を噴く様子が良く見えました。

Great area
This hotel is in the perfect area to really discover the area and enjoy Hoi An. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean but somewhat dark. The bathroom needs to be improved and is way too dark but is fine and works. When one takes a shower the toilet also gets wet. The WiFi is good and I was able to download a movie easily.

Room clean and comfortable. In front of the hotel is dragon bridge. Staff there are helpful and nice, but English limited. Overall is good.

部屋が用意されていませんでした
予約後、事前にメールでも部屋の確認を取っていたのに、当日訪問すると部屋が用意できなくなったため他のホテルに移ってくれと言われました。 追加の支払いは不要と言われましたが、移った先のホテルは部屋のランクも低く、また今回の滞在の目的だったロン橋からも遠くなってしまいました。 ホテル移動を案内してくれたスタッフさんの対応自体は非常に親切でしたが、予約の確認を取った意味が全くありませんでした。友人には絶対おすすめできません。

Good location, but...
So we chose this hotel because of it's good location to the dragon bridge area. This was nice, but everything else was disappointing. We had a language barrier with the receptionist, but she still could have been warm and friendly or at least smiled. This was the ONLY hotel in our two week stay in Vietnam that was not wonderfully welcoming. The room was disappointing as well because there were NO WINDOWS. It felt claustrophobic. It was clean enough, but the other rooms on our floor were filled by a group traveling together and they let their kids run and play in the halls while yelling from open room to open room until midnight and started again at 6am sharp. It was our worst nights sleep in Vietnam. Breakfast was not that compelling either. This hotel has serious work to do!
