I had a very good stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the nicest areas is the rooftop, where the café and swimming pool are located together. I went there once for a coffee and really enjoyed the atmosphere. From there you can enjoy beautiful views over the city and the sea. The hotel is also very close to the beach, which was a big advantage for me because I went there every day. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as a local market where you can buy basic everyday items. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and I would happily stay here again if I return to Da Nang.

First of all, my stay was incredible. The staff were accommodating from my first interaction, through my departure. The views from my room were better than expected. Ocean and city views, as well as views of the Lady Buddha and the Pagoda across the marina from every window and the balcony made for an incredible experience from dusk till dawn everyday. That said, it may be time for some upgrades to the rooms. There was a peculiar odor in the room, the AC has a smell when it’s running, the refrigerator smelled like someone stored fish in it, and the hot water takes about 5 minutes to start coming through in the shower. The location is great in my opinion as it affords dining options, markets, and the ocean within walking distance, yet just far enough from the main traffic and noise of downtown. All in all, The Sea Phoenix is a great place, with great staff, and I will definitely be back. While I hope they do some upgrades, this is still an easy 5 star ⭐️ review!

Literie superbe à part les oreillers un peu durs. Le personnel ne parle pas trop bien anglais donc difficile de communiquer. L’emplacement est très près de tout une plage sauvage à l’ombre des cocotiers. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La piscine est fraîche grande et la vue est impressionnante c’est ce que j’ai le plus aimé.

Imagine going to a hotel and within 30 min you see cockroaches and lizards. Next step ok maybe give it a chance. Then Breakfast. Omlette station... May I have a fresh omlette? No have the dirty old one. Could not wait to leave fast enough.

직원들이 모두 매우 친절합니다. 또한 가격대비 조식도 방도 모두 휼륭합니다. 다낭 바다와도 매우 가깝고 주변에 식당 마사지샵 까페 모두 가깝습니다. 청소해주시는 분들도 리셉션 분들도 모두 친절합니다. 시설이 엄청나게 신식이거나 완벽하게 깨끗한 편은 아니지만 합리적인 가격으로 그 가격대에 매우 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 마사지샵도 가깝고 좋고 빨래방도 가까워서 정말 좋습니다.
