Good price and being upgraded ,good pool despite of the construction of the next buildings, it was a good experience to stay here. But after 2 days stay, we decided to move coz the dust and noise too early from the construction.

酒店服务极度恶劣！非常不爽的体验！请大家慎重选择！
大家要慎重选择这家酒店，我们下了飞机直接到酒店，已经是下午6点多，办理入住，明明早就全款付款三间房间，前台竟然和我们说只查到2间房间预订信息，只能给我们两间房间，而且拒绝帮我们联系好订网的客服电话，拒绝联系一切客服相关人员，只说酒店负责预订的人员已经下班，无法联系。这种恶劣的服务态度真的是我第一次见到的。当时我的手机没开通国际漫游，第一天到达也没时间买当地电话卡，只能辗转找到一个开通国际漫游的国人帮忙联系好订网客服，结果还是勉强把三间房给我们，还要把我们所有人的护照全部押在酒店。退房才返还！这是我多年旅行遇到的最差的酒店服务和体验，强烈提醒想要定这家酒店的顾客三思而行！客房窗外全部都是施工状态，完全没有一点海景可言，什么景色都看不到！

物超所值的飯店
飯店很新，設備也超棒的，很乾淨。對面就是海景，非常漂亮，我們的房間雖然在側邊，但也能透過窗戶，躺在床上爽爽的欣賞美麗海景，超棒！早餐的自助吧菜色豐盛又好吃，吃到超飽的！泳池也很不錯，早晨的太陽很大，服務人員主動過來幫忙撐開大陽傘遮陽，服務超級好！飯店周圍的小店還有小攤販，賣的東西物美價廉，有住在這邊的人，可以去試試看唷！下次有機會還會再來這裡住！

Overall the services are great, helpful and the location is good because a beach is just in front of the hotel. However, many construction site in between or beside the hotel as the town is under developing. Many dust or waste fly over the hotel, noisy, and water polluted into the swimming pool. We have got sick after came back from the trip.

房間寬敞新淨，員工親切，近海灘
地理位置不錯，對面就是海灘，附近亦有很多餐廳、有便利店。酒店員工都很好，每次出外都會問我們是否需要安排的士，會幫我們跟司機溝通好。到步當天亦有員工來機場免費接載我們到酒店。早餐也算是多選擇。房間很新淨亦很寬敞，看得見對面的海灘，雖然浴缸有點小，不過都滿意。可能是晚上才到泳池的關係，風很大有點冷，加上泳池不大，不會讓人想待很久，去了一次就沒去了。整體而言是滿意的。

这里的景观很美好，给我们的连通家庭房可以看到海景，房间面积也挺大的。但是，WIFI真的不行，实在太慢了，我干脆用了自己的网络。希望酒店可以改善整体的网络。泳池不太干净，去了三次，每次水里都有黑色的悬浮物。另外，前台的几位可爱的姑娘，非常好，想念你们！

Very pleasant staff, nice rooms, lots of options in breakfast buffet, great location across from the beach. There is a nice pool overlooking the beach so it’s very nice view overall. Walking distance to a restaurant called Diner 66 that has western options (mashed potatoes and gravy!). The beach walk is beautiful as well. We rented scooters through the hotel so it was simple to arrange plus they helped arrange transportation to the airport and then from Hanoi airport to Ha Long. I am glad we stayed at Serene Hotel for our 7 night stay.

부모님 모시고 가족 여행 다녀왔습니다. 아침 10시쯤 도착이어서 빠른 체크인을 사전에 부탁드렸었는데 여행철이라 손님이 많아서 그런지 도착시간엔 못했지만 최대한 편의 봐주셔서 오후 1시에 방에 들어 갈 수 있게 해주셨습니다. 직원분들 상당히 친절하십니다. 제 짧은 영어에도 정말 친절하게 최대한 잘 설명해주시려고 하시는 모습에 감동.. 벨보이 분들은 영어를 잘 못하십니다ㅜㅜ 공항에서 호텔 오는 택시비 결제 때문에 기사님이랑 이야기 해야하는데 기사님이 영어를 못하셔서 짐 가지러 오시는 벨보이분에게 부탁드렸는데 그 분도 못하셔서 결국 파파고 깔아서 해결했어요.. 부모님께서 탁 트인 뷰 좋아하셔서 바다 전망으로 예약했고 혹시 모를 도로 소음 때문에 최대한 고층으로 달라고 부탁했더니 11층으로 배정받았습니다. 높이가 있다보니 침대에 앉거나 누워서는 하늘만 보입니다 창 앞에 가서 서면 바다 보이는데, 창틀이 있긴 하지만 그래도 통유리 뷰가 최고입니다. 방은 에어컨도 잘 되고 매일 매일 키핑도 잘 되었습니다. 다만 매트리스 커버에 잉크 자국 비슷한 자국이 있었는데 호텔에 있는 내내 바꿔주시진 않더라고요. 크게 거슬리는 부분은 아니었습니다. 수영장 되게 별로일줄 알았는데 (진짜 아무도 안 쓸 줄 알았어요) 생각보다 괜찮았습니다. 일정 마치고 밤에 와서 종종 갔는데, 인피니티 풀 까진 아니지만 그래도 밤바다 보면서 하는 수영 좋았습니다. 아아 그리고 조식은 맛있었습니다. 하루 하루 배 부르게 먹었던 것 같아요. 물론 퀄은 바깥 맛집 수준은 아니지만 반미, 분짜, 스프링롤, 째 등등 있습니다. 좋은 점인지 안 좋은 점인지 모르겠는데 조식 먹는 곳이 막 고급지진 않아서 아침에 일어나서 눈 밤 쯤뜬 상태로 잠옷 입고 내려가서 먹어도 됩니다. (저 체크인 맡아주신 직원분 잘생겼어요.. 배우 이태리님 닮으셨음) 사진은 마지막날 아침에 본 바깥 풍경입니다 너무 집 가기싫었어요 아아 나 왜 한국이야 아아아아아 또 가고싶다..

최악. 방 안에 있음에도 불구하고 다른 사람들이 방문을 열고 들어오는 호텔
가족여행으로 이틀 투숙하였는데 이틀 모두 밤늦게 호텔 방문이 다른 사람에 의해 열렸습니다. 첫날에 가족 모두가 자고 있는동안 방키로 문을 여는 소리가 들렸고 잠결에 보니 직원분이 손님 캐리어를 들고 들어왔다가 후다닥 뛰쳐나가는것을 봤습니다. 다음날 아침 호텔 카운터에 말씀을 드려서 주의를 부탁드린다고 말씀을 드렸는데도, 다음날 똑같이 방문이 열리고 다른 투숙객분께서 문을 여시고 저희를 보고 당황스러워하시면서 죄송하다고 문을 닫고 나가셨습니다 청결이나 주위환경,오션뷰,조식 이런 부분들은 좋을수도 있고 안좋을수도 있는 부분이라 그러려니 하지만 투숙객의 안전과 사생활이 위협을 당하는 그런 곳은 사용하심에 주의를 하시라고 긴 글을 남깁니다

Toilet leaking. TV system is backdated need to use 2 remote control. The room is not soundproof, can hear the sound outside. Location is good. Just opposite the beach. But, there is no good restaurant beside the hotel.
