Not only did he give excellent advice on planning my daily travels and recommended the best nearby spot to withdraw cash without high fees, but he was also incredibly kind and professional when I tripped outside. He immediately brought out a first aid kit, sanitized and dressed my wound with care. His genuine helpfulness and calm, caring attitude is exactly the kind of service that makes a hotel stand out. "The room was stunning, servers were helpful, definitely would come back! However, one thing I would like to mention is that there is no physical separation between the toilet and the bed (there is a "curtain" that only blocks the sight...), so you have to stay in the room with someone you are VERY intimate with that you don't mind using the toilet in front of... we certainly were a little uncomfortable with that. "
