"Great hotel close to all the sights and the beach. Our room was clean and spacious and had a wonderful view of the sunrise. Breakfast was very good and there were enough food options to fill you up prior to the start of the day. It is a large hotel, so it can get busy, but there were never line ups for food.
Unfortunately there was construction across from the hotel, so it was noisy during our stay. It looks like it is the start of a large project, so this could be the case for some time.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a spot close to the action. "
"The staff at the hotel were very polite and friendly and they went above and beyond to help us and make sure everything was comfortable for us. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean with lots of amenities. The view from our room was spectacular."
"The staff are friendly and nice. I made a complaint about the room not being properly cleaned because there were stains everywhere, the reception staff promised to have a deep clean the next day but it didn't happen since the places I showed her are still dirty and they never bothered to follow up as well. I didn't bother to complain again since it wasn't dirty to the point that is unacceptable for a hotel. The swimming pool bathroom/changing room is also very dirty. I think the hotel manager just have a different standard for cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and clean. Overall, I think the hotel is good for the price and location. "
"Overall stay was good. Convenient location to restaurants and tour sites. Enjoyed the riverside scenery and activities. Staff was professional and courteous. "
"Overall is great, clean hotel but a bit old and dated.
Breakfast buffect included was good, great variety but heavily influenced by Korean cuisine due to the high volume of Korean tourist. "
"Check in was very disappointing. I was in line waiting to check in and 2 girls were behind me. The next available lady at the check in desk called over the 2 girls to come over to her kiosk to check them in instead of me. Another female check in lady behind the counter came out from the back and we made eye contact and I thought she was going to call me over so I could check in next and instead called the other couple behind me. I found the whole process slow, infuriating and rude. Check in process deserves a 1 star."
