"Fantastic property. Great view of the Han river, clean amenities and good breakfast. I couldn’t ask for more for the very reasonable price for the room and breakfast. I would definitely recommend this property to my close friends and family. Great job, Novotel Da Nang!"
"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The beach is stunning, peaceful, and a perfect escape from the busy city atmosphere. Although the location is a little far from Da Nang city centre, the quiet surroundings and beachfront setting make up for it.
The buffet breakfast is sensational, and honestly the food across all the restaurants was incredible. The dining experience was probably the highlight of our stay and one of the main reasons I’d consider returning.
The rooms are also beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. However, the service unfortunately did not match what I would expect from a luxury resort. Pool service was extremely slow, often requiring us to ask multiple times for simple things.
Housekeeping was also disappointing on several occasions. After spending the day by the pool, I would return to my room around 4pm expecting it to be refreshed, only to find no fresh towels, no bottled water, and room service dishes from the previous night still sitting on the table. For a luxury hotel, that level of service feels below standard.
Overall, the resort has amazing facilities, fantastic food, and a beautiful beach, but the inconsistent service lets it down. Would I stay at the Hyatt again? I’m honestly not sure — the food would probably be the main reason I’d return."
"The hotel is located at the far end of My Khe Beach, in a quiet area away from the nightlife, which was very convenient for us.
The room was spotless, and the highlight for me was the air conditioning. It was perfectly cold, which felt amazing after a long day at the beach.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and we never felt that anything was missing.
The only downside was the lifts. The hotel has four lifts, three for guests and one for service, but they were extremely slow. At times, we had to wait 10–15 minutes. The hotel was clearly busy, but it is big enough that you do not really feel it."
"Second time staying at a Peninsula hotel and I can honestly say I’m completely in love with this brand. I stayed here for a week and everything was amazing from start to finish. The staff was always super friendly, welcoming, and helpful with anything we needed.
The room had an incredible beach view, waking up every morning was a whole experience by itself. The infinity pool on the 27th floor is definitely the highlight of the hotel — the views are just unreal, especially during sunset.
Breakfast was included and exceeded my expectations. I loved that there were two different places to enjoy it, with plenty of options every day. We also had daily tea buffet access and a short massage included, which made the stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing.
The location is also perfect, close to everything while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. Honestly a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Totally recommended if you’re visiting Da Nang."
"Our room patio lock broke, but they promptly gave us another room. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. We would go back!"
As you'll save on your room price, you can enjoy more of what Da Nang has to offer. Top sights to visit include My Khe Beach.
