"Excellent location in CBD district and it’s directly link to a luxury mall. My room has a good view of the TV station tower. Big room and bed is comfortable. Staff are helpful when I have a query. There’s a good restaurant/ bar on ground floor with live band performance. Will stay this hotel when back to BJ"

"I spent one night at the courts before my departure from Beijing. I thought I was going to be staying at a high-end hotel. While the building itself is nice. The air-conditioning in my room did not work and it was incredibly hot. Some of the light switches did not function in the staff was mediocre. I tried to use the pool, but they require a pool cap they provide them for $10 USD overall my experience was lackluster. I will not be back."
"We stay from 17-24 May (7 nights)
The receptionist held deposit 12000RMB when we checked-in. When we checked-out the cost was 8342.73RMB. The receptionist told me there will be a refund to my account in its original form. On 29May I received 200RMB from them. I immediate send email to ask and phone call to followed. My reply was have to be checked my bank cause the money 3657.27RMB was returned.
I don’t know how and where to get help to have my money back. The ridiculous was the hotel ask me to call Expedia to find out what happened. They took money from my credit card and insisted returned. I still waiting there investigation!! This was my very bad experience I ever had in the past."
"Amazing and spectacular hotel. Breakfast was insanely good, and weirdly if you don’t book it in advance, just ask to pay each time, it’s half price. Rooms are awesome and the local area is really smart. What is a shame is the rooftop bar is shut which just leaves the foyer bar which is soulless."
