Wonderful Property

The property was beautiful and extremely well taken care of. Jason was very easy to message and explained property rules well, so there was no confusion about checking in or checking out. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking to have an event or to just have a nice getaway with friends or family!

The property was absolutely beaitiful. The house needed a bit updated but still wasnt anything worth complaining about. Was a few issues with no hot water in the kitchen, the airconditioning and a leak in a toilet. The pool also needed a to be cleaned more than once a week. Completely understand skimming for leaves and thats not an issue. But the vacuum didnt really do much. The management could have been a bit more on top of things and not speak to the guests as if they think they are stupid. Like i know its hot in Florida and the house had no curtains so it did get hot.. but when the ac isnt working and you know when something tries to click on and doesnt.. you cant blame it on the sun coming through windows. Thank God it was just half the house. Bit still, management sidnt thinknit worth it to worry about it. House was just sold amd owner was supposedly made aware of some of the issues .. but why would you rent out a house in limbo? Either way, the week was not ruined.
