「We enjoyed our stay! It is a peaceful spot (especially outside by the water) and we really enjoyed the sunset and bird watching. I was frustrated with the communication (or lack of) from the rental company. They were non-responsive until right before our trip. Another reviewer mentioned the smell of moth balls. It was noticeable for us, and we had to air out the kitchen/living room. That helped, but I wish it was something we didn’t have to deal with. 」

「Quaint Quarters is a beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable cottage to stay in for a getaway to Colonial Beach. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and we loved sitting out on the big front porch in the evenings. The fireplaces in the family room and master bedroom with an option to turn off the heat and just have the muticolor flames for ambiance were a nice extra touch. The fenced yard provided plenty of room for our dog to play and to rest in the cool...

「I really don’t know where to start it was great from beginning to end! Ricky was a 10/10 host everything you may need he was there to accommodate. Easy communication, friendly it almost felt like staying with a family member. The stay and the pool is beyond beautiful the pictures really don’t give it justice it’s a really massive backyard! We had a pool party for brother who got out of the army and it was enough space to fit everyone. I’m telling you now to look no further THIS stay is the place...

「Our family had a great experience staying at this place. We were close to the beach and had access to a pool. The kitchen was stocked very well. The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child. (room for more children as well)」

「I loved everything about this place. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space inside and out. We loved the neighborhood and the convenience of being able to walk to so many places. We would LOVE to come back again!」

「WOW,WOW,WOW! What a lovely home. Kathy was a super hostess. The house has everything you need and more to have a wonderful stay. The yard is fenced in and kept our small puppers safe and sound. You are in walking distance to the beach/river. Also, there are many eating places of all kinds, brewery/coffee shops, and yes, even ice cream. We will be back!!!」
