「No hot water, no shampoo, no soap. Terrible service. Ambience is good. Dont go just by looking at the picture」

「Clean room, Great Food and Great service」

「The hotel smelled stale when I arrived. (This resolved in a few hours or I got used to the smell). One of the front desk people smelled like he had not showered in days. The elevators were small, cramped and very old. My one compliment is that the pool looked nice and the lobby was lovely. The servers at the restaurant were not attentive.

「Expensive restaurant and bar menu」

「Beautiful property grounds, very courteous staff. Loved the food.」

「The hotel staff is very friendly.」

「The room was phenomenal; the staff was even better. The food was some of the best I have ever had anywhere, not just in India. Overall an absolutely exceptional stay! 」

「Super friendly & helpful staff -- and excellent food! Good location with non-touristy little stores nearby.」

「It's nice with good service, just a little bit far from the city.」

Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

「I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...
