"The breakfast was shockingly good! I wasn't expecting that. I think they were blueberry muffins that were great!!! The staff was polite and friendly. Room was cleaned spotlessly. I personally am not a fan of carpet in any hotel, so that would be suggestion for them on their next upgrade. Remove the carpet and replace with LVP floors. The more Homewood Suites we stay at the more we look at them for future stays. You are getting consistently good stays."

"This is a great option for staying near downtown. We were attending a concert at Vystar, and were able to easily get to the water taxi stop and avoid driving and parking downtown. The apartment is super clean, kitchen is stocked (Keurig coffee maker) and the bathroom was well laid out. Perfect stay for a couple or single or 2 friends. Very happy with communication with host and will save this property for any future stays! I do recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones there flatten super fast. San Marco has some awesome restaurants and there is a Publix close by. "

"Shower wasn't clean,no black out curtains, most of the building were under construction, towels were dengy,ice machines were very far away from room.. i don't recommend."

"The front lobby was updated but the rooms and bathroom are very dated. Carpets are super old. Great location. "

"We've stayed at this location multiple times to return to MD Anderson Center and it is very convenient. The staff is helpful and the parking is close. It's an added convenience that breakfast is on-site and included."
