In a secure residence, including a pool maintained daily, the apartment is a 3-room apartment of 120 m2 with 2 inner courtyards. All comfort (wifi, canal +, washing machine, microwave ..) and the modern / ethnic decor, it is ideal for families or businessmen wanting comfort and tranquility.
A housekeeper is present daily to ensure the cleanliness of the premises and cook at the request of customers.
On site, Youssou (the manager in the absence of the owner) will welcome you with the legendary Senegalese Teranga.
Located in Ouakam, you will have at the foot of the building all the amenities you will need: bank, supermarket (Auchan), shops, restaurants, gas station, gendarmerie.
The beach of Ouakam on which is located the imposing mosque of divinity will offer you a beautiful view less than 100 meters from the apartment.
A housekeeper is present daily to ensure the cleanliness of the premises and cook at the request of customers.

Propreté et confort au rendez vous
Accueil par le garde qui était toujours disponible, prodiguant de judicieux conseils pour le séjour sur place.
Situation idéale dans un quartier très sécurisé de Dakar avec toutes les facilités à proximité accessibles à pieds ( hôpital, supermarché, bureau de change et transfert d argent, restos, etc).

Great apartment in Dakar
Clean apartment with assigned parking for the unit. The manager was great at communicating, very responsive, very helpful. Daily cleaning is available if desired. I would definitely stay here again.
