Welcome to Dalaas in the apartment Arlberg in a quiet and sunny hillside near the forest. No through traffic. The 2-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) is located in the basement of a semi-detached house. Due to the hillside location, however, it has the character of a ground floor location with direct access to the terrace and the garden. The apartment has its own access via an external staircase. A vestibule is located in front of the entrance to the apartment.
The south-facing apartment with mountain views is comfortable and modern. From the living and dining area you can access the terrace and the garden.
Car parking lot in front of the house. Separate entrance with anteroom. Storage space for skis and bicycles.
Bedroom: double bed and wardrobe. Floor laminate.
Living and dining area: space for 4 people. Extendable couch can also be used as an additional sleeping facility for both adults and children. Floor marble.
Central heating: Underfloor heating in the living and dining areas as well as in the bathroom.
Separate kitchen: sink, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Bed linen (duvets allergy-friendly) and towels available.
Bathroom: bath / shower tub. Sink, toilet. Satellite TV (flat screen with radio function). sauna
House rules: Check-in 2:00 p.m. / Check-out 10:00 a.m., non-smoking apartment, no pets, max. Occupancy 4 people

• The Sonnenkopf family ski area can be reached in a few minutes
• Arlberg ski area: entry from Stuben after about ten minutes by car
• Ski and snowshoe tours
• Winter and snowshoe hiking trails, winter hiking trail to Muttjöchle up to 2075 m
• Or just rest and relaxation. Switch off and enjoy the alpine landscape.
