Mooi huis op een rustige plek. Geen buren in de buurt dus mooi prive plekje! Prima voorzieningen en groot aantal kamers waardoor prima geschikt voor groepen. Minpunt is de inchecktijd van 18:00.

Wij hadden een zeer prettig verblijf hier! Alles picobello in orde. 1 luxekamer voor 3 pers., 2 kleinere kamers met douche, toilet op de gang, 2 kamers onder schuin dak met gedeelde douche en toilet. Kids-corner. Was prima voor onze groep. Keuken voorzien van veel materiaal en alle comfort. Extra koelkast was zeer handig voor onze groep. Zeer rustig gelegen in een mooie streek. Vriendelijke ontvangst en flexibele regeling. 's Ochtends en 's avonds kregen we herten op bezoek in de tuin :-)

Fijne locatie, veel privacy. Alles heel schoon. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig, volledige keukenuitrusting, BBQ(elektr en houtskool), vuurplaats, trampoline, ligstoelen. Fijne plek onder de overkapping met tuinset. Echte Sauna met binnen- en buitendouche. Leuk wandelen in de omgeving. De Abdij is een aanrader en kun je ook lekker eten.

Heel vriendelijk ontvangst. Heel fijn huis met een mooie tuin en een heerlijke veranda met lekkere luie stoelen. Veel schaduwplekjes in de tuin als het warm is. Binnen is het wel wat gehorig. Keuken is ruim voorzien van alles. Alles wat niet werkte, kapot was of niet aanwezig was werd meteen nieuw aangeschaft. Mooie schuur om fietsen te stallen en accu's op te laden

Knusse villa met netjes ingerichte badkamers in elke slaapkamer. De salon valt wel klein uit wanneer je met 10 personen gaat logeren maar de eetkamer is ruim genoeg om dit op te vangen. Wel stel ik voor om een betere bewegwijzering aan te brengen wanneer je naar deze villa rijdt, want als je het weggetje inrijdt om naar deze villa te gaan volg je automatisch de weg en kom je bij de buren terecht.Een plakaatje aanbrengen aan een van de bomen met een pijl erop is geen overbodige luxe.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Uitleg in Nederlands of Frans. Alles was goed schoon. Leuke speelruimte voor de kinderen. Ook buiten hebben ze heerlijk kunnen spelen. Alles in de keuken aanwezig wat nodig is, en meer. Fijne bedden. Ons enige minpunt was dat de WiFi wat minder goed werkte. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad met 2 gezinnen!

Na aankomst contact met eigenaar van het huis opgenomen, zijn vader kwam onmidde ...

Na aankomst contact met eigenaar van het huis opgenomen, zijn vader kwam onmiddellijk naar ons toe om nadere uitleg te geven. Accommodatie ziet er goed uit, huis ligt in een prachtige omgeving. Bij het huis is een trampoline. Minpunt hiervan is dat er geen net om heen zit !! De trampoline staat aan de rand van het grasveld bij een aflopende bosrand. In ons geval was dat met kleine kinderen niet veilig. In het huis is een kinderkamer waar kinderen kunnen spelen. Daar bevindt zich een luik waarachter leidingen lopen dat niet afgesloten is. Dat is ook het geval met het raam in de kamer. Beiden zouden naar onze mening op slot moeten kunnen.

Ein tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die es benötigt. Sauna, Außendusche, Kamin, Feuerstelle usw. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Klosterbrauerei Val-Dieu nah bei und die Lage bei Maastricht und Lüttich machen das Haus perfekt für Tagesausflüge. Und Sonntags bei gutem Wetter muss Aubel besucht werden! Gerne wieder!

Huis is eerste huis meteen rechts in de straat. Na aankomst met eigenaar door het huis gelopen en uitleg gekregen (in Nederlands) over de o.a. werking van allerhande apparatuur. Binnen gezellig ingericht met een kleine woonkamer maar een grote eetkamer. Slaapkamers waren erg goed met een bad of douche en de afwerking was in zn geheel goed. De kinderen waren mee en konden zich goed uitleven in de tuin en op de grote trampoline. Hoewel de trampoline niet was omheind was dat voor ons geen probleem. Het huis is ons goed bevallen.
