"I arrived late new years eve and needed to eat. Since the buffet was the only option, my partner and I ate there. The food was extremely disappointing and not fresh looking at all. We barely eat a couple of plates. I was shocked to see a 856 yuan charge for this. I have eaten in many 5 star buffets all around the world and in China. This was by far the most disappointing. Also, I was unable to take a bath bc the tub would not plug up properly. I asked the staff to fix it but it was not fixed. Overall, the poor dining experience and the bathtub issue lead to a disappointing stay."

"A very comfortable stay with attentive service (including robot delivery). The Galleria shopping centre is connected to the hotel via level 5 so theres no needs to go out into the cold to get into the shopping centre! Room is spacious and clean with good amenities. Easy access to the east port of Dalian. Would stay here again!"

"The Expedia listing shows the hotel in central Dalian, whereas it's really 100 kilometers to the east of the city. The Expedia map shows the hotel located in the city municipal building. There is an accurate listing of the hotel elsewhere, but I booked the fake listing. "

"Decent value for money but only moderately clean and cleaning was very inconsistent - one day bed would be made, another day the bins would be emptied, vacuum cleaning was apparently self-service with the machine living in the hallway. It's great to have a kitchenette, but there were no basics (I would assume previous guests would have left oil, salt, etc). Room was a bit run down with LOTS of spots in the carpet. Sheets were too small for the bed so they kept coming loose."
