“The dining room chandelier has 4 burned out bulbs, none of the downstairs outlets function. The powder bath outlets do not operate. The floors were littered with crumbs and hair. The guest bed had crumbs u see the cover. The refrigerator was dirty and had items from the last visitor. There was hair in the hot tub. The couch had a child’s sock and granola bar rapper in it. There is no was that this was cleaned or checked before our arrival. You stated that no one was there this week, so it was……

“The host was amazing, communication was professional and maybe my business trip stay very smooth. Will definitely stay again when I’m in town.”

“Absolute GARBAGE Management Company!I've never left a bad review in my life for any business, especially a VRBO rental. As a small business owner, I know how important reviews are, but RSB Living is hands down the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. The problems started immediately. Their VRBO confirmation number didn't match their required third-party payment system, putting our reservation at risk. After multiple calls and messages, they finally sent an invoice, which I paid……

“Property is nice, winery with karaoke was pretty cool we had a great time. Only downside was there is no door to the toilet which was a problem for me personally, some people don’t mind using it in front of their significant other and it would have been nice to have a small table and two chairs in the room. You could also hear the people next door. I would definitely stay again but do more research on which cottage would better suit me.”

“Loved that place. Wish we could have stayed longer to walk around and enjoy the property, but my wife and I were in town for our grandson's baseball game and were "in and out" very quickly. Very well done property with what looked like a chapel. I'm sure that they must use it as a wedding venue.”
