The Space:

The pool is usually serviced on Monday or Tuesday afternoon. To heat the pool to 80 degrees, please provide at least 48 hours notice, so the pool has time to heat up. It’s $55 per night to heat the pool, with a 3 night minimum.

Limit of 4 cars, please park first 3 in driveway.

HOT TUB INFORMATION: With a hot tub control panel, it you accidentally hit a certain series of buttons, it is possible to accidentally put it in a sleep (SLP) mode or economy (ECN) mode. If a hot tub gets put in these modes, it’s quite easy to put it back into standard mode, so it maintains a certain temperature. Just let us know, and we can help. Typically, this has only happened when there are children using the hot tub, and they start pressing buttons.

HEATED POOL INFORMATION:

We heat the pool to around 80-83 degrees. 80 degrees is much nicer than 55. But the reality is that it does NOT feel like a hot tub, at 80 degrees. Some people expect it to feel like a hot tub, at a 100-104 degrees. Most heated public pools are heated to 78-82, which is how we came up with 80 degrees. The cost is $55 per night, with a 3 night minimum.

Typically the pool is serviced professionally on Monday or Tuesday morning, so it is possible it may not be available around those times.

Home has 12 beds. Sip wine and chill under a 30' x 10' Pergola while you sit around the fire pit, BBQ (3 grills available - both gas or charcoal)!

The Keurig is ready (along with a traditional coffee pot).

Inside the home you will find a shuffleboard table, ping pong, darts, foosball. Inside the garage (with Heat and AC) you will find a tournament grade pool table.



Outside, there is a hot tub with lounge chair, LED lights, waterfall, and seats 5 or 6 people! The master bedroom is large, and very nicely furnished! Washer and Dryer with Laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc. provided. Each bedroom has a luggage rack, closet space, and plenty of open hangers. There are complimentary tennis racquets and golf clubs in the garage that you can use during your stay. There are numerous tennis courts close by.



There is a ring camera at front door, and noise level monitoring equipment that tracks noise levels. Let us know prior to arrival if you do not want scented candles or Glade plug ins going at your arrival.



The home is only 4 miles to the Toyota Music Factory.



Guest Access:

You are welcome to use our golf clubs and tennis racquets during your stay. The entire house, pool, and hot tub is available!



The Neighborhood:

Limit 8 cars. Our home is on a type of Cul-de-Sac. Very little traffic and quiet. Close to DFW airport and Love Field, but we never hear any airplanes. There are tons of great restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores close by.



Getting Around:

Public transportation is just a few blocks away. There is a bus stop close by and DART train station very close by at North Lake College.



Other Things to Note:

We are close to the Las Colinas business center and Toyota Music Center, campion trails, and canals. There is a great park within walking distance. Our grandsons love this park, and they have a great play area (with play ground equipment for toddlers and a separate section for bigger kids as well). In addition, there are some nice walking/hiking/biking trails close by. And we have shopping close by. There are tons of grocery stores and restaurants within 3 miles! Great BBQ, Italian, Indian, Sandwiches, Steak, Greek, Asian, Bagels, Mexican, Pizza, and much more
