The parking situation, lack of singnage, lack of valet service, and distance baggage had to be carried, combined to make this experience very unpleasant. Then the street noise was so bad I could not sleep. The breakfast service was touted as 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. No servers showed until 6:30. Full services not set up until 6:45. Had to leave for a meeting at 7:00 - Thanks for nothing! - Never again!

This was an absolutely awful stay. The mattress was terrible, no support. In the bathroom, there was no soap, the bathroom sink had almost no water pressure, the containers of shampoo, conditioner & shower gel did not work. There was also mildew or “rust” around bath tub that had been unsuccessfully covered by caulk. The breakfast was below average. The only redeeming aspect is it is located next door to Baylor Doctors’ Office Building. Not a big enough benefit to come back again!

The parking garage is not tall enough for large vehicles and the guy at night is not very friendly. The room had hair in the bathtub, the blind was broken and toothpaste in the sink. If they are going to charge so much it should be fresh paint and the wallpaper not in bad shape. I always stay at Hilton because you know it will be clean. Well it makes me want to go to another brand. I told the front desk guy when I checked in that I was a Hilton honors member and he didn’t seem to care and I am not sure he ever gave me my points. I worked for Hilton and absolutely loved it and tell all my friends to always choose Hilton.. but someone needs to be inspecting better!

This place was great for a week long stay for a locum position. The hotel was clean and neat. Parking in the area is limited but there is a garage next to the hotel that is only $5 a day, so don't buy a more expensive parking pass or worry about parking in a local lot. There are green dots painted on the ground to help you find your way from the garage to the hotel, but the hotel to parking situation is a little less straightforward than other hotels. Though the hotel is labeled as "downtown", it is not downtown- it is east of Deep Ellum in the Baylor medical district. If you want to go downtown, you will have to drive, uber, etc. The location also means you will hear ambulances frequently. Overall I would happily stay again, but the advertising by the hotel may be a little misleading for non-Dallasites (I lived in Dallas for 5 years, so knew what I was getting into, neighborhood-wise).

If you’d like to enjoy food and happenings in the area, this is a great spot, walkable, clean, spacious. Great for when you get together with a group of friends. Lots of space in the lobby too. Parking was easy too.
