Please be advised that the building’s swimming pool will be temporarily closed starting March 24, 2026, until further notice.
This closure is necessary to complete essential maintenance and ensure the space remains safe, clean, and enjoyable for all residents and guests. Our team is actively working to complete the improvements as quickly as possible.

📌 Security Deposit Requirement
A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this reservation.
✔️ The deposit must be paid before check-in instructions are released.
✔️ Check-in instructions and access details will only be provided after the deposit has been received.
✔️ The deposit is fully refundable after checkout if the unit is returned in good condition with no damages, missing items, rule violations, or excessive cleaning required.
✔️ If damages are discovered after checkout, the cost of repairs or replacements may be deducted from the deposit.
📍 Smart Entry:
Secure access via the building system and smart lock. Personalized entry instructions will be shared prior to check-in.
📍 Building Access:
Your provided fob grants access to the elevators, pool, gym, and rooftop lounge. The fob will be inside the unit upon arrival.
📍 Parking:
Garage parking is available for registered guests only. Detailed parking instructions will be provided before check-in. Unauthorized parking is not allowed.
📍 Security:
Exterior cameras monitor common areas for safety. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
📍 Noise Monitoring :
A non-recording noise monitor is in place to ensure compliance with building quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM).
📍 Laundry:
Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Starter detergent and basic cleaning supplies are provided.
📍 Wi-Fi:
High-speed internet is available throughout the unit. Login details will be shared before arrival.
📍 Pet Policy:
• Maximum of 2 pets allowed
• $25.00/ pet, night
• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas.
• Pets must be properly crated or caged when left unattended inside the unit.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times.
• Any pet-related damages or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.
📍 Trash & Recycling:
The trash room is located on your floor. Please dispose of all waste before checkout to help maintain a clean space.

📍Safety Devices:
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the unit for your safety.
📍 Climate Control:
The thermostat is located near the living area. Adjust as needed for comfort, and please turn off the A/C when not in use.
🚨 Violation Policy:
• $300 fine for tampering with devices: Any interference with locks, smart devices, or building systems will result in a $300 fine .
