Excellent Location, Unresponsive Host
The fob to access the apartment was deactivated when a new company took over management 30 days ago. I don't know if the host knew this, but I think he must have. He promised to replace the fob but then stopped answering our requests. We had problems getting into the building on several occasions and it caused an extreme amount of stress. This apartment is not supposed to be leased out through vrbo or any other organization. It is against the company policy according to the leasing office. VRBO did not respond to our requests for assistance. I have many more complaints about the apartment's cleanliness and comfort but I see no point in listing them as I hope this listing is removed from VRBO so that no one else goes through what I went through. We cut short our stay because of the issues.
