Everything was very normal ce, the only thing was the big tv in the living room was broken, I called they can the next day . But they took the one out of our bedroom. Do we couldn’t watch tv 📺 n bed. That was the only thing. The place was really nice. And he people at the bar nn did there best to help us.

LIKED: The property was great. The room was fantastic. We were surprised when we found that the room was exactly like the pictures online. We liked the area because we could walk the strip and shop and eat. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the room. DISLIKED: A train runs directly behind the rooms. It didn't bother us during the day one bit. But became annoying in the night. So, we just went to Walmart down the road and bought fans. Easy solve to the problem. UNACCEPTABLE: Before we left to get to Dallas the hotel contacted me to make payment. I had already made payment through Expedia about 4-5 months prior to this day. The Rambler Inn staff just kept telling me that my payment was declined and sending me a link to pay again. I spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with them and expedia in extreme distress. My payment was never declined the hotel just wasnt putting the correct amount in so it was declining the expedia payment. The hotel staff was very unsupportive with no real customer service offered whatsoever. I feel like they could have done better to help resolve the issue instead of just repeatedly sending me a link to pay again, while treating me like a con. Because of this, I most likely will never return.

Absolutely loved the location. The space was laid out well and has great amenities. It conveniently located. The one drawback is the beds were uncomfortable. I hope they fix it because other than that it would have been a five star review from us.

Great food options, hamburgers, bakery, pizza, ice cream, drinks. Beds were comfortable and king size, in both rooms. Internet was fine, some buffering in bedroom. Didn't get to use the living room TV as it was broken all week. Easy parking, self transportation, and Uber rides were easy as well. Showers where good as well. Very nice stay, will stay here again in the future. Thanks

All of the pillows and covers were dirty with stains on all of them in the bedroom and extra blankets in cabinets were also dirty.The refrigerator was dirty with black stuff in the top and bottom. The let out couch bed had crumbs of food all over it. Nets flying in bathroom and bedroom. Looks exactly like pictures but was not clean up close and personal. Seems they reused everything from the previous visitors and nothing was washed. I went back 2 hours after my check out and it was already available for the next guests EW!

Negatives and positives: I wish the elevator worked because it wasn’t easy carrying large suitcases up three flights. At check-in, it was difficult to find parking near our room, so we had to wheel out suitcases a bit of a distance. There was a problem with fruit flies in our room from the get-go. Our second day of our stay, we had to evacuate the building twice in one hour due to fire alarms blaring. Both were false alarms, which was frustrating. On a positive, location was stellar. Across the street were some awesome eateries. We loved drinking wine from our quiet balcony, and we loved being close to Globe Life Field for our Rangers game. This room was lovely and clean overall—minus the flies. I’d stay here again if I knew it was closer to a completely finished building.

This property is immaculate!! Room was a lot nicer then your Big Hotel chains. Very Clean and Comfortable... SOHO feel ~~~ Highly recommend! Unit had a complete kitchen with all the amenities needed. Felt like I walked into a newly furnished apartment not a hotel room... Furniture is 5 levels above Major Posh Hotels.. 1.3 miles from Globe Life Field and ATT Stadium. Great view of both from the rooms balcony. I will definitely be staying here again when come to town for Rangers games. Very Friendly staff and Safe location. 5 stars!!!

Loved the proximity to the stadiums. There were many restaurant options close to the Inn. Communication regarding the contactless check-in was superb. I would definitely recommend the Rambler Inn.
