We didn’t get the access instructions as Expedia had said but were able to contact the host directly who responded immediately to get us in. The place was clean, had the things we needed, and was quiet enough. The only small glitch was finding the place and getting in. "Excellent stay as always! As with alot of hotels I cannot understand why they have the Mini bar prices so high that very few people will use them! Reduce your "mark up" and you will be providing a service for your clients and also sell more. £4 for a Kit Kat, I think not!"

"This was a great location to get to old town using their free shuttle service they offer guests and it was steps down to the great beaches. This is a great hotel and recommend it to families with children as we had 3 children under 10 and they loved it all. The free breakfast was exceptional and took advantage of it every morning. We loved the pool and took advantage of a massage at their spa. Martina was an amazing Masseuse! I would go again and stay here! Only downside to it is there is another hotel being constructed right in front of it that will eventually take away from the view and there was construction during the day all day. We were not in the hotel during the day so it didn't affect us much. Just waking up to it and hearing it when we got back wasn't the best to experience."

"We stayed in Superior Room 21, and it was charming, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even preparing a bagged breakfast for our early morning flight. The hotel is also just a short walk to the promenade, making it a great location. We would gladly stay here again."
