“Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.”

“首先所屬地區不是十分安全, 晚上有很多流連街上的街童集結嘈吵。酒店服務人員冷淡, 預訂時所指的加床, 原來就是拿被子大套放客廳沙發, 這樣就收取AUD40元一天, 這種加床服務我真是第一次聽到。最令人失望的是 ： 一個連鎖服務性行業集團, 竟然週日及聖誕節無House Keeping服務, 聖誕節25與26日兩天, 連前台也只是09:00~17:00提供服務, 只留了個急緊聯絡電話。萬一住客發生什麼意外, 那真是聽天由命了！整體來說它跟本不能說是一家酒店, 頂多是民宿！可服務連民宿都不如！”

“My dog and I compete in agility and almost every weekend we travel to compete. My friend and her farm dog joined us for her first competition as I coach them. We loved the accommodation, we really loved having a dog beach in walking distance and loved the dog friendly pub nearby that really were dog friendly. We all slept really well which meant we both won overall class champion. I will travel extra to book here for competitions that are close and already have. Thank you.”

“Very cosy and everything worked as it should. A few things that could be better: A sink in the kitchen area A mirror near the basin area TV upgrade - it’s a pre internet version and in a strange spot - should be opposite th couch. The fish tank outside the back window (right near the bed) had the pump on all night so was like listening to a tap running into a bucket all night.”

“The room is nice and clean. The manager is very kind and passionate. It's better to park right into their carpark, then unload your luggage,way much safer and convenient than pushing across the road. It's advised to bring your favourite body wash and shampoo.”

“Our group had a nice stay, pool was fantastic. Would have loved another couch in the lounge room, so we weren’t squeezed onto 2 couches. Overall the house was fine, not amazing but for the low price at that location, it’s great.”
