「I selected the home because it was close to Lake Winola, where we had our high school class reunion. The house was immaculate and had many areas where we could sit and catch up. Although the weather didn't cooperate, we were able to take a dip in the beautiful pool. We would definitely book there again.」

「The house had everything we needed and was very cozy with a lovely view of the lake. Unfortunately, our stay was short and the weather turned rainy, but everything you need to play on the water was available. I loved the decor in the home, and it brought back memories of trinkets my family owned. The owner was very nice and quick to respond when we had questions. 」

「We went to The Hideout to celebrate my mom’s 96th birthday and had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for the 7 of us. The host, Matt, checked in with us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. Although we were all adults, the house is great for kids, too. The location is perfect and the amenities were just as described. We barbecued, hung out on the deck, explored the area and spent evenings all together in the cozy living room. It was so much fun and mom loved it. 」

「Wonderful cabin in the woods with lots of amenities. The listing was exactly what was delivered and we all enjoyed ourselves. Our host, was available immediately for the very few questions we had. 「My husband and I spent the weekend at the Elwood Escape for our wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed the set up of the home and we spent a lot of time in the back yard by the fire pit. We took advantage of the hikes and were able to bring our small dog with us. We also loved that one of the restaurants/bar was across the street from the home and were able to walk to the location. Over all we enjoyed this nice quiet escape from the city.」
