Location is good which near the Cave Temple in a walkable distance. A bit far away from downtown but tuktuk to downtown or bus station is just only about few mins. Convenience for sightvisit to Sigiriya. Room is clean and comfortable. Bugs and insects can be found but not a big deal as its a countryside. Staffs are super nice and helpful. Originally I booked for a night but decided to extend for one more night, they still can response promptly with a lots of help. Breakfast is delicious and is enough for a day. Overall, this is a good choice for staying in Dambulla. Highly recommended.

Average, but really cheap

The guesthouse is a basic one. Our room was equipped with a fan and a air-conditioner. There were some ants in the bathroom, but we could not find any of them in the room. Free soft drinks were provided. It seems that the guesthouse owner also owns a car renting company which can provide day-tour services for the guests, so once we had arrived at the guesthouse, the owner started to explain the tours for us. To be frank, the price of the service was quite reasonable. We said that we needed to think about it at that time, and he just let us go. So I think it was still fine for him to have some promotion time. The location of the guesthouse is great which is only about 500 metres away from the Cave Temple and the Golden Temple (two different tourist spots, but same entrance).

For the money OK, nice staff with good breakfast

Nice manager and good room for the money.. Points of attention wifi (signal) and pillows need to be renewed. For the price you can't expect the world, nice accommodation for budget travellers.

For one night it is value for money, the best is its close distance from Dambulla temples. Rooms are small and just ok, mosquito nets had obviously never been washed so disgusting to use. Breakfast was tasty. Wifi didnt work in the room, works better when closer to the dining area.

Nice stay

Nice hotel with a friendly staff, we had softdrinks as welcome drinks. Not very close o the centre but tuktuks are easy to get and walking is ok as well. Close to the cavetemple which was nice. Maybe some mold in the room but ok for couple of nights if you are not so sensitive. Good AC+fan and a clean room, no bugs or anything. maybe not the most quiet place to sleep in the morning.
