The hotel's infrastructure and decor are significantly outdated, reminiscent of the 1980s. The overall condition of the facilities is concerning due to poor maintenance. Sorry 😞

We stayed for five days, and by day 4, we had not been visited by housekeeping even though I asked the front desk twice to make sure we got service on the fourth day after we didn’t get it on the third (as we were supposed to according to hotel policy). To their credit, they did move us to a clean room when I asked (since all housekeeping staff were gone for the day).

The staff were very helpful and professional. They were so friendly and welcoming after a long day of travel. The common areas were lovely. The room had a great layout and beds were clean and comfortable. There seemed to be lipstick in the carpet, the heat lamp was broken in the bathroom and on our final night we found the shower handle in disrepair. The staff offered to move our room so the issue was addressed but it was an inconvenience. Overall we were happy with our stay and will most likely choose to stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay there very much but was concerned by the limited staff during certain hours, i.e. room service. Also most convenient elevator was not in service.

The only 2 positive things I can say is the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom was dirty upon arriving, the shower didn't work properly and the rub took 10 min to drain after a shower. I don't know if we got the bottom of the barrel because we went through a 3rd party or not. Had they answered their phones one of the 10 times I called I would have booked through them. I tried this hotel because my siblings gave me a good review.

The place is clean from when you walk in, If you leave something in your room, good luck getting it back if at all, unless you stay on them at once. house keeping not good with English. I called the front desk to inform them, but it was never noted according to the girl the next morning.

Unlike the other Hotel/ Inn I've stayed at, they clean rooms everyday, here you have to wait 3 days to have a room cleaned unless you request it sooner. Ethan Allen does not have continental breakfast in AM. They (Ethan Allen) does provide coffee in AM by front door.

This hotel operates with very limited staff. I think they only had one person at the hotel overnight. First the heater on my room was not working; it was after 10pm and they didn’t have anyone to come and fix it. So that night I had to sleep with sweaters. Next day they decided to give me a new room, on that one the bathroom was not flushing… again mo one to fix it. Really bad experience….
