「We booked this home for a few days around a family wedding. It served as a girls weekend getaway but also housed my family and kids after the wedding. The house is beyond precious! 「I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint. ...

「I don’t know where to start. I’ve been booking rentals for 30+ years and I’ve never had this much fun nor have I ever experienced the awesome hospitality that the owners showed my family during our stay.
