“The host was so nice and even allowed my parents to check in a few minutes early. The house was still decorated for Christmas which was a great surprise. Everything was neat and clean and decorated beautifully.”

“The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. We were in town for a soccer tournament that was being held at the Rocky Top Sporting Complex and so this……

“The cat was the best part! And it was a very nice property! They were able to accommodate our late check in because the check in process was so seamless. The domes are a bit close together so we could hear a baby crying in the early hours of the morning, but that’s the nature of this kind of campsite. They left a cute s’more kit to use with the propane fire as well. Overall, an excellent stay that I would be happy to do again. It’s a very peaceful area. ”

We also truly appreciate the very comfortable beds and the extras that the host provides (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, hair ties, etc). “We were very pleased with the Mockingbird farm. It was very easy to find, the host was very good with response to my questions. She had muffins , drinks and snacks waiting on us. So nice and clean.
