"Apparently, we were the first party in this property. It's sort of charming and in a very pretty area, but it has a ways to go. The owner seemed very cooperative and I'm sure will get everything on track. Issues: oven wouldn't light, gave off noxious odor; stove burners left heavy soot on any pot ..."
