"We had a brief but great experience. The staff was super friendly, the food and coffee were delicious and it was a perfect location and visit for the campus. The place is wonderfully decorated with amazing touches from the paintings to the rugs. It brought out a lot of Husky Pride. Thank you"

"I got a king jacuzzi suite. Jacuzzi tub was dirty- it had been sprayed with cleaner but not cleaned. It was full of hair (I cleaned it myself) and there was crushed chips on the couch. The whole place also smells like Axe body spray. They were NOT offering shuttles to the casinos but had been advertising they had shuttles. If you’re looking for a one night stop over it’s good enough. "

Near everything like TF Green but far enough from the really congested and chaotic Providence traffic, road work, drivers, etc. The Cork and Rye just a short walk away is great little restaurant. Always reasonable rates unlike Crown Plaza (goes crazy on weekends) and downtown Providence hotels. "

"The staff were extremely helpful - easily the best part of the hotel. Also the fact that you can walk from the airport to the hotel, under a covered walkway, in about five minutes. They also offer free shuttle service to local restaurants and stores."
