The staff are friendly and helpful but the hotel could do with some TLC. Last stayed in a lovely quirky room, latest stay was disappointing as the bathroom was in need of a refurbishment. Rooms are clean and comfortable just a little tired looking.

What a pleasure! Staff were great - very helpful, from arrival through to departure. Whether it was the free room upgrade or the gym or the very accommodating wating staff and chef who accommodated my unusual diet - all done with a smile. Well done, everybody, and see you soon!

Staff were great. Rooms need a little TLC. Mattrass needed an extra duvet as a topper (im fussy)

Pleased with the hotel and location. Very quiet with plenty of parking. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious. Only downside was the beds in our room were too hard and we had a poor nights sleep.
