「The Kimball house has everything that is needed for a memorable get-away. We booked the house because of the accessibility with the ramp and first floor bedroom/bathroom. The small touches are what truly won us over. The house is very well taken care of with perfectly thought of upgrades and amenities. The first day was rainy but that was okay as the house has it all. 「Lake Augusta cabins are a wonderful retreat perfectly situated. An hour from Minneapolis period period we stayed 3 different times this summer. Each time we've had more wonderful experiences and met new friends. Max It is an outstanding host! He's super responsive and enthusiastic, and he is constantly improving this charming and welcoming property! We are already planning our time there next year!!!」

「Very pleased with our stay I would however have property sprayed for bugs inside We did see several. Also may be unaware there is a wasp nest high above the side door and we did see many wasps flying around the window area next to the door.」

「We had a great time! The lake was beautiful and the house location is perfect for sitting on the dock to watch the sunset. We rented a jet ski from the owners and they delivered/ picked up right at the dock! The convenience was amazing. We were there to enjoy the water. Tubing, wakeboarding, jet ski, fishing! There was a school of sunfish living under the dock so the kids loved feeding them crumbs and watching them in the water. Also I must add that the house felt much bigger than the pictures...

「Overall: This property did exactly what it was meant to do- allow us to relax and enjoy eachothers company for a week! Cons of our stay though- The water is not swimmable, we had to travel to a near by lake to actually go swimming. The house did not include a table, so it was hard to play our card games. The kitchen included a breakfast bar with stools for eating meals but not great for playing games. The week that we stayed was the hottest of the year... no ones fault, just ended up that way....

The setting is great with a huge yard and great access to the lake. Our grandchildren had so much fun swimming and they all caught fish off the dock! A great time for all!」

「We had 5 adults and 4 kids. Place was clean and amenities were well thought out. From pre bagged bedding for the futons to marshmallow roasting sticks, they thought of everything to make the place great. Beautiful lake, beautiful place. Host is a rockstar, I had multi questions and they responded very fast each time. Highly recommend!!!」
