This is a wonderful place to unwind and reset and Lisa, our host, had great communication with us! Everything was clean and had a very welcoming feel. 「Property was clean and everything was as described in the listing. Checkin was easy and very little was required for checkout, which is nice. Nicole was excellent communicating with me… some things (like payment and checkin instructions) that were supposed to be automatic did not happen, but Nicole was extremely quick in responding and got us all squared away. 「We arrived late and just slept, left first thing next morning, it was comfortable and nice and clean. House is classic older home that has been updated nicely. It is not some cookie cutter built new home, but has the design and personality of a traditional southern home. From tall ceilings to 12" baseboards and original wood floors, it has character. 「Very nicely decorated 3/2 manufactured home! Really loved the layout and the master suite is massive! That shower, tub, and bedroom is sooooo nice! However, I think the water is well water or reclaimed and has a funky smell, but thats the only complaint. It's on a dirt road that I don't think is mentioned, but that dirt is well packed to bring a trailer across.」

「We were visiting my wife's family with our 2 children and this was a perfect place for the four of us! Nice location in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and very close to Starbucks and Chick-fil-a! The rooms were are large and had comfortable beds and amenities. Nice open floor plan from kitchen to main family room for hanging out. 「What a fantastic stay! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and just a short drive into town for food and shopping. The lot is well kept and very spacious! Beautifully decorated. Lots of room to spread out and for larger families not to feel so on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked - I was impressed with all they have to offer! Pool was cold (mid may)- but kids don't care! So many places outside to sit and enjoy. Great and fast communication with owners/property manager....
