「The home was clean and nice. However, it needs some TLC: paint, mold repair around vents, a clean furnace filter. Also, the fully stocked kitchen had no tea spoons, the toaster only half worked. The back door has a huge gap in it- It did blow open very easily with strong wind. The master bathroom door is too low and scrapping the floor and the washer is a little tricky to use ( youtube helped us get it working) ( push start twice) . 「We have always wanted to stay in one of these beach houses, and we had so much fun. The beach is a short walk from the house, and you can clearly see the ocean from both floors of the two story deck. There’s a grill and picnic table on the deck with some nice patio couches and Adirondack chairs. The house is perfectly suited for multiple families with kiddos. There were very few household items like trash bags, dish soap, detergent, etc. We could have brought it but didn’t realize there would be so few items. Not a problem just different than typical vrbo’s, likely because it’s managed by a realty company.」

「Never heard of Dauphin Island before this year. Booked this place near one of our friends and it did not disappoint. The amenities were amazing, the property owner was super helpful and nice, and it was well worth the price. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good place to stay!!」

「This house was easy to find because of its unique structure. We wish the beach access had been more clear. We couldn’t walk to the public beach and it was hard to find a nearby point where we could enter. It was not a 2 minute walk maybe a 2 minute drive. The main bed was uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. There were lots of stairs which might be challenging for older and younger guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay.」
