The living/dining room features a panoramic window and a dining table, leading out to the terrace. Additionally, there is a small lounge area equipped with a flat-screen TV. One bedroom is furnished with a French bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and provides access to the garden. Another bedroom has a French bed (140 cm x 200 cm), while the third bedroom contains two beds (90 cm x 200 cm each).

The well-appointed kitchen is open-concept and includes an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
