Perfect as always. If I'm in Davao I stay here. Staff are always great, rooms are great, location is perfect, they have a walk way bridge to the mall, you don't even get wet if it rains! Best hotel in Davao

My room was supposed to be a King bed but got two smaller beds. Never got any price discount for the downgrade. The tile grout in the shower was falling out. And construction on the 8th floor every day. The staff were great & friendly though.

I really enjoyed my stay at Park Inn by Radisson Davao. The hotel was very nice and the location was super convenient. Having the mall right next to the hotel was a big plus, and the connecting bridge made it really easy to walk over whenever I wanted to eat, shop, or just walk around without having to go outside and deal with traffic. The breakfast was good and had a decent amount of choices. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. I also really liked the housekeeping service. I asked if they could change my towels regularly, basically every day or so, and they actually followed through with it. I appreciated that because sometimes you ask for something at a hotel and it gets overlooked, but that wasn’t the case here. The room was kept nice and clean throughout my stay. Overall, I had a really good experience here. Everything was convenient, the staff were nice, the room was comfortable, and being connected to the mall made things so much easier. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Davao. 👍

The best thing about staying here is the fact that the mall was connected to it. I requested an early check in and upon arrival to the property, after 19 hrs of travel, the room was not ready. Then I upgraded to a suite which they said would be ready faster, but I waited 3 hrs, up until normal check in time, to actually get to my room. The staff were okay, but nothing too great and they seemed dismissive and unavailable when I did need to interact with them. I would highly suggest looking for other properties to stay at if you're going to visit.

Room was clean, and the location is great! There was construction going on (which they let us know at check in), but the chemical smell in the elevator was unbearable. My wife and I had to hold our breath/cover our faces every time we rode. I was not offered an upgrade or early check in per the expectation from Hotels.com. Aside from that, the hotel was fine.
