This area is perfect for family vacations, whether planning a trip to one of the parks or just exploring Florida. The management was super easy to communicate with and the house was great! Definitely would book here again.

Great house for a high school spring baseball stay!

We were there to enjoy watching my son play some high school baseball. The house was perfect. It was in a great location. And it was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.!

Stay with extened unexpected guests

Pros: Champions gate is always a great place to stay. Properties are nice and the club house, pool and lazy river are a great amentity. Cons: There is a large mouse population at the property we stayed at. Also there were a ton of ants in the house.

The property is just as it was listed...very clean, modern, and well equipped. We were short some towels and had an issue with the TV cable boxes not working, but management was very communicative and quickly addressed the issue. The pool is great and the neighborhood is very nice. There are 2 recreation areas that include pools, a lazy river, food and drinks, a gym...all very well maintained and run. We really enjoyed our time here and my family is already saying that they want to return to the property the next time we go down to FL.

The property was beautiful. The checkin process was so simple. Communication was clear and all instructions were in the welcome email. The gate attendant was very helpful. The door was locked with a keypad which made entering so easy as were had our grandson with us. Not having to keep up with a key was great. The only issues we had was the pool was not heated and the dryer took all day to dry the clothes. The location was great and we really enjoyed the water park and the club house. We will definitely be back.

Great for the family

This property was just as described and the entire process was easy to follow. Getting the parking pass at the gate was simple for us and the other primary drivers. It was nice to be able to skip the lines with the pass after the first time through and also to enter the resort pool and amenities. The resort area was great for easy play with both toddlers and teens. Plenty of clean, comfortable sleeping room plus an area for a pack and play. The kitchen made it easy to save money on food by going to a nearby Publix first. The only thing I would have liked was more soap, toilet paper and maybe some basics like salt/pepper. Would definitely stay here again and well worth the money.

Nice location, great amenities within the community. The property itself was very clean and as listed, just the pool is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. We did pay the extra to have the pool heated, but it sure didn't seem to be heated! I did try to contact the property manager regarding this and I never recieved a response. Otherwise no issues.

Overall it was a good trip

The community doesn’t enforce their rules. We had constant parties going on at all hours with vulgar music and tons of traffic in the subdivision. People were walking their parking passes to others after they got through the gate which made parking horrible. My only complaint with the home itself was that the dressers were not anchored down in the kids room and it fell on my 5 year old. Luckily he only had a few bumps and bruises, but I was less than impressed with managements reaction. No one came to anchor them and make it safe for the remainder of our trip and no one even reached out after it was reported to ask if he was okay. Anchored dressers are a must for children safety and I hope they take the steps to assure this doesn’t happen again. Other than that, the home was comfortable and the pool heat worked well.

The overall experience was nice. Customer service was 5 stars, very responsive amd they reacted very fast. The townhome was great the only small issue was the ac. Didnt really feel like the temperature that we set was what we felt. But other then that was a lovely experience. Its walking distance to the water park. Would stay again.
