Thanksgiving vacation

Although there were roaches in the clock on the stove and in two of the rooms upstairs, we had a great time! We bought spray for the kitchen and made sure we kept clean after cooking and eating. The house was nice. The property owners kept in touch when needed!

Perfect base for Orlando fun

We had a group of high school friends gathering to enjoy a weekend in Orlando, this was a perfect home base for our adventures. Downstairs kitchen / dining / living room area was awesome for gathering and visiting, and the bedrooms allowed us all to have comfort and privacy.

Great time ! Big house for big families

We love the property ! Need a little tlc with paint , but very spacious, great pool , just need to move the pool table inside garage is too hot! And with large group with more that one car, they need to open the garage for parking instead of the “game room” over all really good ! Was lot of hair dog on the carpet

The house is big and comfortable , but the house need love , new paint new lining for all the rooms they all look and feel old , the house looks dirty hall etc… lot of holes in the wall and the pool screen. The entertainment room needs a lot of attentions. Carpet is crusty and look dirty. One of the restroom the shower curtain dirty and was garbage in two of the restrooms when we came in. Was a dirty sucks under one of the bed on the 1st floor meaning that wasn’t clean. Pretty disappointing, this was my second stay in this house and I don’t think will stay a 3rd

We really enjoyed this property.

It was clean and spacious. The pool was easy to walk into and it was fairly private. Lots of bathrooms! We had an issue with a shower head not turning off and AC upstairs, management showed up shortly and fixed shower head and AC was working good by then, just needed adjustment. This property is kept well, only the furniture in upstairs family room was old and peeling, but my teens didn’t mind lounging on it. I would definitely rent this property again.

The only two complaint I would say is the sofa upstairs along with the chair and the chairs in the game room need to be replace they have peels so much would not have been able to sit on any of them and the mattresses in the twin rooms other then that we really had an awesome time would stay here again

Poor Service

Ck in was @ 4pm, Arrived @4:15 house not ready. Waited 45min outside with elderly parents and cancer patuents. AC not working at 2nd floor. Fire alarm went off at 3am the first night, very scary ecperience for my ill parents. Batteries were changed. Wrote several emails to speak with managemenr, never got communication with no one. Terrible customer service from managing company.

Good neighborhood

The check in process was easy the walk in process with tedious they asked pictures of the book in person they asked names and birthdates of all the members of the party . The neighborhood and the location wAs great, unfortunately the listing pictures were not accurate. The furniture was old and peeled. The carpets was stained, the ping pong table was broken. To add to this there are roaches in both floors and the thermostat of the second floor was not working. They send pest control and the problem aggravated. So we were not able to use the kitchen.They fix the thermostat the third night and we stayed four. The pool was great but cold there is a fee if 160 for the heater. We were never offered any discount neither apologies for the inconvenience. I did not left because we were a big party.... but never again! I took pictures to show the damages.

The house was great. It was just as it was presented online. There was a lot of space the pool was amazing the neighborhood was great. The only drawback is the parking situation. You can only park two cars in the driveway and then any other cars it becomes an issue. Everything else is amazing and I would return

Comfortable house with room for a crew

We really enjoyed the house in the Providence development. With 6 bedrooms and 2 large common areas, there was plenty of room for our large family. The house was clean and well maintained and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for a large group. The community clubhouse and pool are nice and within walking distance from the home. My only two suggestion are to provide additional pots and pans and petition the community to eliminate the "no onsteet parking overnight" rule. It was impossible to get even three small cars in the driveway and in the morning everyone is parked on the sidewalks which reduces some of the appeal of the community.
