Super clean and perfect location

Last minute trip to visit some friends in the Quad Cities. Location was perfect and allowed us to park and walk to just about everything. Tim was super quick with communication! Great views of river too.

What a unique VRBO! Loved all the brick. Absolutely loved the patio and gas fireplace too! Tim was a very responsive host as well. Right downtown and right on the river. So many sights to be seen. The trains do run right by the place at any time. The earplugs and noisemakers were a plus! There are also a lot of steps but we had no problem with them at all. You are definitely right in the middle of so many fun things to do!

Great location and beautiful place!

Tim was an excellent host and very responsive. His directions were accurate and the location was PERFECT! We had some minor difficulty with locating the entrance, but it was dark, so that was understandable! We will definitely stay again!

Great location!

Central to everything we wanted to see/experience. VERY cool property! It is an urban neighborhood next to a major road and the train tracks. The white noise generator and earplugs were very helpful for our sleep. The property is well maintained with great views. And the bed was very comfy!
