Great location

We have been here twice now and both times were a great experience, easy access and easy parking. Good location downtown, and close to the university.

Great Stay!

Location is awesome. We were in town for an event at Palmer College. It's so exciting seeing this part of Davenport flourish. Everyhting is right around the corner.

Second time stay

This was the second time we stayed at the Nelson Lofts, and we loved it just as much as the first time! We had a different apartment this time, but it was equally as nice as the other one we had before! I do love the location, walking distance to some really cool restaurants and bars. The rooftop balcony is very relaxing after a long day of activities. We will be back to visit again!
