Very clean room, the staff was very kind and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. This is an older hotel, could use a few upgrades but clean and well maintained. We actually stayed longer than originally booked. This is not a fancy hotel but is safe, clean, well maintained and very affordable. It is centrally located in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel Alcala was nice and clean but the room needed a microwave and a mini-fridge. The location was convenient, the restaurant was excellent with a nice variety of dishes offered at very affordable prices. Unfortunately it did not offer a swimming pool.
