“WHERE TO START?!! I’M NOT KIDDING If you are planning a trip to the Frankenmuth or Birch Run area, you need to book your stay here. If I could give our host, Ryan, and his property, ten stars instead of five, I would without hesitation! There were so many extra touches that were in Ryan’s rental including, but certainly not limited to, bottled water in the refrigerator, a bag of ice in the freezer, laundry soap/dryer sheets, q-tips/cotton pads, creamers/sugar packets for the Keurig coffee……

“Beautiful renovation to the house. More than enough room for family of 6. Quick 2-3 min drive to just about anywhere in town. Kids had fun in the game room and roaming the property outside, from tossing football to chasing fireflies at night. Thank you for the great stay!”

“The house is older but was redone very well. It's perfect for a small family or couple of friends. The backyard has a large table and chair and a fireplace. We tried out the hanging chairs, and they weren't for us, but would be a cozy spot for kids to relax. Overall it was a great vacation and Kaeley was a great host.”

“We had the most wonderful weekend here. Plenty of space for our group of 13, including 5 children and all of just wishing for one more day. Mark and Callie were great hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and memorable. Meeting the farm animals and exploring the property was so much fun. ”

We had two families plus my mother, and it was the perfect amount of space. Location-wise, we were less than a min walk from Main Street, where we spent a majority of our time. Chris, the host, checked in on us and was extremely responsive when I asked a question. Could recommend this property enough!”
