Gut gelegen, aber verwohnt
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, aber in schlechtem Zustand und überteuert. Das Mobiliar, insbesondere das Sofa, ist so abgenutzt, so dass man dort nicht gerne sitzen möchte. Ein Bettvorleger war voller Tierhaare. In diese Wohnung ist, abgesehen von der Küche, schlicht nicht investiert worden, und im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen im selben Objekt ist sie verwohnt, nicht mehr zeitgemäß und damit deutlich zu teuer. Dies ist schade, da Lage und Schnitt sehr gut sind.

"In die Jahre gekommen"
Die in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung ist aus Sicht Preis/Leistung gerade noch ok. Trotzdem wäre eine Erneuerung wünschenswert. Unbedingt sollten aber die unhygienischen Duvets und Kissen ersetzt werden.

Sehr sehr basic und laut
Die Einrichtung ist funktional, die Ausstattung mit Töpfen und Küchenutensilien schwach - das kenne ich aus der Schweiz anders. Die Straße ist bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr laut, bei geschlossenen ist es gut.
