「The Suwannee River has become our favorite destination for vacation. Although it had rained and flooded the springs during our visit we had a wonderful time. We caught 3 big catfish! We played basketball, & darts. The porch is amazing for sitting and drinking coffee and watching the river. We will definitely be back. The owners were awesome with getting us to the house as the GPS took us down the wrong road. Everything was clean and I sure appreciated the creamers provided as I forgot to buy...

「When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. .」

「If you’re looking to book a house for a trip to Perry or anywhere remotely close, this place is it. Great location, beautiful and VERY spacious! Super clean! Great pool! Well stocked kitchen! We had a blast fishing during the days and enjoying the wide amenities of the property in the evenings! Property manager is an absolute gem of a woman who checked on us throughout our stay and even brought us wood and starter for the fire pit they have outside. She is amazing! Stop your search and go ahead...

「Location was the primary attraction. We were in town for a family holiday within close proximity to the rental. The tiny house has everything you need to feel at home. We slept well. Enjoyed coffee on the deck. Watched the river slip by.」

「We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!」

「The little house on the river is very homey and cozy. The river view from the windows is amazing. So many stars to gaze at during the night and the peaceful flow of the river washes away all your worries. Great place for a couples getaway or a family gathering. Dorothy the host was amazing. Very attentive and kind. I would certainly stay again. The house is very close to springs and very country. Just what I was looking for. Thanks again for opening your home to a lovely vacation.」

「When enjoyed our stay. Overall, the house was neat and clean and included several extras. We had friends a couple doors down with a vacation home, so they helped us maneuver around town. We were disappointed that there was no TV in the master bedroom as per the description. The property manager explained the last guests broke it. No compensation was offered. We would stay again.」

「The property is amazing! Very well maintained, quiet, and peaceful. Loved the cabin and it’s decor. Very cozy and had the comforts of home. Our family that lives in Mayo, FL (near the cabin) has atvs so we were able to take advantage of the trails across the street from the cabin. The river was flowing super fast due to the weather so we weren’t able to fish or kayak but we still had a blast! We would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back!!」

「This home was PERFECT for us!! Two youth baseball coaches and two youth baseball players. Location is out of town yet close to everything. The man cave put it over the top!! I would definitely stay here again!」
