「Mini fridge did not work properly. Shower walls were not clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Booked a king 2 months in advance and on arrival received a 2 queen room.」

「Extended stay at this location, Dayton Tennessee, Comfort Inn, and had several days that the room was not cleaned, bed not made, towels left on the floor, no clean towels left in the room, and trash not picked up. I had several face-to-face conversations with the manager of this location and was told this would not happen again! Well it did and further conversation fell on deaf ears. I would not recommend staying at this location to anyone. The Sleep Inn is also under the same management so I...

「Staff were very polite and helpful. They didn’t mind to give me extra towels or toilet paper. My room was also very clean. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to feel comfortable.」

「The property was actually undersold. It could not have been any better and the hosts were fantastic people. Highly highly recommend.」

「Wonderful host!!! Very friendly and accommodating.」

「We had an excellent vacation. Home was beautiful and super clean. It was so nice to be able to use the boat dock which made it very convenient to get out on the ri era and lake. We didn't cook there but it appeared to have everything you could need to make a meal. Firepit was quite small so we didn't have a fire but it was too hot for a fire after boating all day. Thanks to our host, Amanda, for an enjoyable stay!」

「We enjoyed our stay」

「This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. It also has 2 upstairs bedrooms (no bathroom) that would work for older children or grandchildren though we didn’t need them for this trip. I appreciated that the rear entrance...

「My family of 8 recently stayed here and it was so perfect and felt like home. The beds were comfy and inviting, the kitchen and island were spacious enough and included all the gadgets needed for preparing a meal. The water views from the back of the house were nice to look at and so peaceful. We were able to rent a pontoon from the marina and docked it at the house overnight. We didn't really want to leave! There were a few things we wish had been better. There was a bit of an ant issue on the...

「It met our needs for a one night stay. If we were staying longer, and wanted lake access with some better amenities would not choose this place. However, the host was always quick to respond to any questions we had.」

「This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! We honestly can't think of a single thing that needs improvement. The cabin is amazing, and we especially love the large covered porch with the TV and games it's the perfect place to relax and spend time together. If you're bringing a boat, the covered dock with electricity is a huge bonus and makes everything so convenient. The full kitchen has everything you need, and having a washing machine is an added perk that makes...
